At 2:00 p.m. on April 3, 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the Company’s meeting room. Over 20 people attended the AGM hosted by Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, director and president of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd., including the Company director Mr. ZHANG Ziheng, the independent directors Professor FU Qilin, Professor ZHANG Yansheng and Professor YU Yingmin,chairman of the Supervisory Committee Mr. ZHAO Dexu, the supervisor Mr. ZHU Qi, Mr. HU Wei, vice president and secretary of the board of directors, the CFO Mr. WANG Dehua, the shareholders such as Smart Sino International Limited, Gongqingcheng East Zheng Tianxin Investment Management Partnership (L.P.) and their representatives.

2018 AGM of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. was held in the form of online voting and on-site open voting. Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, director and president of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd., the independent directors of the Company, chairman of the Supervisory Committee and other people respectively put forward 13 proposals in total, such as the 2018 Annual Report and Its Summary, 2018 Annual Work Report of the Board of Directors, 2018 Annual Work Report of the Supervisory Committee, 2018 Annual Profit Distribution Plan and the like to the shareholders, and carried on sound communication and exchange on the shareholders’ concerns.

After careful deliberation with the shareholders, all the proposals wereapproved by voting at the AGM. The success of this AGM has enhanced the shareholders’ understanding of the Company and laid a good foundation for the Company’s operation and development in 2019.
