An Investigation Delegation Led by LU Fangzhou, Head of Shanghai Jiading District, Visited the Shanghai Industrial Park of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances

On the afternoon of April 24, 2020, an investigation delegation led by LU Fangzhou, Deputy Secretary of Jiading District Committee and Head of Jiading District, visited the Shanghai industrial park of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), accompanied by XU Rong, Secretary of Party Working Committee of Jiading Industrial Zone and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Jiading Industrial Zone and relevant persons responsible for the People’s Government of Jiading District and the Management Committee of Jiading Industrial Zone. Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, the Company’s Director and President, attended the thematic symposium with her management team.

Accompanied by the leaders of the Company, LU and his delegation visited our exhibition hall. At the symposium, LU asked about the impact of COVID-19 outbreak on the Company and the difficulties in our current operation, as well as the services and support we need from the government.LU also introduced the support policies prepared by the district government for enterprises to cope with the impact of the epidemic, so as to help enterprises find ways out of their dilemmas and maintain steady development.

At the symposium, Ms. YUAN gave her warm welcome to the delegation and extended her gratitude to the People’s Government of Jiading District and the Management Committee of Jiading Industrial Zone for their continuous care and support. Then, YUAN reported the development situation and future plan of the company to the delegation, and introduced the Company’s epidemic prevention & control, work & production resumption and other situations. YUANsaid that the Company would continue to carry forward the pioneering spirit of starting a new undertaking, face up to the difficulties and contribute to the society with more excellent development.

LU highly affirmed the Company’s achievements, and said that governments at all levels of Jiading District would continue to optimize the pro-business environment, enhance service awareness, and create a good investment & policy environment for enterprises to grow bigger and stronger. He also hoped that more excellent enterprises like Huabao could have presence in Jiading and make greater contributions to the local economic development.

The symposium adhered to the principles of pragmatism and sincerity. The government conducted field researches to listen to the needs of the enterprise, learn about the development of the enterprise and provide policy support for the enterprise, thus inject new impetus into the development of the enterprise and enhance its confidence in development.
