The Second Research Group of Shanghai NPC Work Research Council Visited the Shanghai Industrial Park of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances for Investigation and Survey

On the morning of June 24, the ten-people delegation of the second research group of Shanghai NPC Work Research Council led by REN Lianyou, Director of the Budget Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the 13^th NPC of Shanghai and leader of the Second Research Group of Shanghai NPC Work Research Council, visited the Shanghai Industrial Park of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Huabao Flavours & Fragrances” or the “Company”) for investigation and survey, accompanied by XU Mousai, Director of the NPC Standing Committee of Jiading District and other leaders of Jiading District. Mr. HU Wei, Vice President and Board Secretary of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances, Mr. YANG Cheng, General Manager of Lhasa Huabao Food Co., Ltd. and Ms. WEN Canbing, Director of the Administration Department of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances extended warm reception to the delegation.

Themed by “promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry”, this research activity aimed to carry out filed research at the premises of enterprises and learn their development situations and difficulties, so as to provide reference for the government to make relevant policies in the next step, thus stimulating the vitality of enterprises and effectively promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.

At the symposium, Mr. HU first delivered a welcome speech to warmly welcome the delegation to be present and give instructions. Then, Mr. YANG introduced the development situation of the Company. During the process, the Research Group inquired about the Company’s R&D investment, patents, talent cultivation, as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and the Sino-US trade friction on the enterprises.Mr. HU and Mr. YANG carefully answered each question raised by the members of the Research Group. And the Research Group gave affirmation and appreciation to the enterprise’s achievements.

After the symposium, the Company’s leadership accompanied the delegation and visited the exhibition hall of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances.
