Jiangxi H&K Held Its First Skill Competition for Employees

In order to improve its employees’ post skills, to elect and motivate excellent skilled personnel, to play the leading role of model employees, and to accomplish the aim of “facilitating learning by competition and creating excellence”, Jiangxi H&K Food Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Jiangxi H&K”) held its First Skill Competition for Employees.
On the right day of activity, all employees gathered to participate in this aggressive and interesting skill competition. Even before the Competition, the competitors of each competition item were eager for engaging in it. Mr. WANG Jinchuan, General Manager of Jiangxi H&K delivered the opening speech, in which he encouraged the employees to demonstrate their skills, strength, style, and friendship in the Competition. Then he announced the opening of the Competition.

There were 7 items in total in the Competition, including packaging, wiring, forklift, manual filling, ingredient, aroma evaluation and type-in, which not only indicated the diversification of the Competition, but also encouraged more employees to participate in the Competition. The Competition was fierce and proceeded orderly. We find out three highlights in the Competition, i.e. professional and standard operating methods, perfect and efficient quality standards, and superior operating speed.

It took the whole morning to hold the Competition. Then the winner of each competition item was finally decided.

Through this Competition, the employees not only exchanged with, learned from and competed with each other, but also enhanced their working enthusiasm, expanded their scope of knowledge, and improved their professional skills. Besides, it energized the employees, enhanced the team cohesion, and expressed the mental attitude of “striving to be the first” of Jiangxi H&K. The Company will take this Competition as an opportunity to create the internal learning and working environment of “striving to be the first”. The Company motivates the employees to work hard for continuous improvement, and to enhance their professional skills and abilities, so as to adapt the rapid development of the Company.
