The Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park Successfully Held the Third Session of the First Member (Representative) Congress

At 16:00 on December 11, the Third Session of the First Member (Representative) Congress of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park was grandly held at the Beijing-Shanghai Hall of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park in the majestic national anthem. The Congress was hosted by WANG Wuhang, Vice Chairman of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park Trade Union Federation. More than 40 member representatives, including members of the two committees, attended the Congress. 

The “2020 Work Report, 2021 Annual Work Plan, 2020 Financial Work Report” of the first committee and the “2020 Work Report” of the first Expenditure Review Committee were submitted, considered and adopted at the Congress. The winners of “Excellent Trade Union Official” and “Excellent Trade Union Activist” of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Shanghai Industrial Park Trade Union Federation in 2020 were commended at the Congress.

2020 is special and unforgettable for everyone. The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has disrupted people’s paces in production and life. The two committees of the Trade Union Federation have actively cooperated with the Company’s epidemic prevention and control headquarters to make good efforts in epidemic prevention, and adhered to the principle of “heath first”; and in the case of shortage and difficult procurement of epidemic prevention materials, they have actively explored resources to purchase epidemic prevention materials, so as to ensure that employees can be effectively protected after the resumption of work and production. With the outbreak under effective control in China in the second half of the year, the Trade Union Federation has followed the annual work plan to actively carry out various activities, apply for and participate in the activities of the higher level trade union and relevant departments of the local government, adjust the hectic pace of work, and enrich the spare time of employees. Under the hard work of all Trade Union Federation members and the active cooperation and participation of employees, the work of the Trade Union Federation has been carried out effectively, and praised by most employees. At the same time, it has also stimulated their work enthusiasm and creation passion, and exerted the role and value of the Trade Union Federation effectively.

In 2021, the Trade Union Federation will continue to pay attention to the development of the epidemic and make good efforts in epidemic prevention and control, conscientiously comply with the requirements of the Trade Union Federation work regulations, continuously improve the business ability on basis of summarizing the work experience in the past year, perform well in member staff service work, maintain a good communication bridge between employees and enterprises, continue to stimulate the subjective initiative of employees, and facilitate the personal development of the employees and the steady progress of the enterprise.
