Congratulations to Jiangxi H&K for Its Accreditation as a High and New Technology Enterprise

Recently, Jiangxi H&K Food Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Jiangxi H&K”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huabao Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Huabao” or the “Company”) in Jiangxi Province, has been accredited as a high and new technology enterprise and obtained the “Certificate of High and New Technology Enterprise” (valid for three years) jointly issued by Science and Technology Department of Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance, as well as Jiangxi Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration.

This is the first time for Jiangxi H&K to be accredited as a high and new technology enterprise, which is also the recognition and affirmation to the Company’s scientific research and development, technological innovation, establishment of the industry-university-research platform, promotion of scientific and technological achievements transformation, formation of core independent intellectual property rights and other aspects.

With a high value placed by the Company’s leadership, Jiangxi H&K began to plan and prepare for the project application in 2019, and submitted the application documents on May 15, 2020. It passed the on-site assessment and expert review smoothly on July 30, 2020, and was accredited as a high and new technology enterprise in Jiangxi Province on September 14, 2020. Jiangxi H&K will take its accreditation as a high and new technology enterprise as an opportunity to further accelerate its pace of independent innovation, cultivate high-tech talents, improve and upgrade its technology innovation system, and strive to enhance its core competitiveness.
