Huabao and Huabao Trade Union Federation jointly released the public welfare student aid brand program - “Flower Growth Scheme” and its Logo

To better practice the concept of ESG, fulfill social responsibilities, and establish a systematic, standardized and sustainable corporate public welfare system, Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Huabao” or “Company”) and Huabao Trade Union Federation (“Trade Union Federation”) have officially released the public welfare student aid brand program - “Flower Growth Scheme”, and simultaneously released the logo of the program. The Company and the Trade Union Federation will work together, share resources and complement each other's advantages, and strive to ensure the sustainable development of the public benefit activities, and truly benefit the students and the society.

The “Flower Growth Scheme” aims to stimulate students' interest in related scientific fields through visits to enterprises, social practice, science popularization education, special lectures, donations to schools and other ways, so as to encourage children in difficulties to regain their hope for study and life, and guide them to establish lofty ideals, study hard, keep optimistic and make progress.

For students with different needs and at different phases of studying, we will continue to improve and optimize our courses for science popularization education, including small scientific experiments, interactive experiences and more, to stimulate primary and secondary school students' strong interest in scientific research, and guide them to devote themselves to the cause of reinvigorating China through science and education. Moreover, we will continue to improve and explore new forms of public welfare student aid through corporate donations, summer research activities, family partner assistance and other forms, to establish a systematic and all-round aid system.

In terms of the logo of the “Flower Growth Scheme”, the petals in the flower patterning mean that we welcome juvenile students of tomorrow with open arms. Each petal is heart-shaped, representing the sincere love of the sponsoring entities and personnel and the public welfare property of the program. The middle yellow dot connecting the petals symbolizes the sun, because we hope that the students can keep positive and optimistic. The entire patterning shape is inspired by sunflower, indicating positive and optimistic attitude to pursue a happy life. The name “Flower Growth Scheme” sounds energetic and vivacious, representing vigor and vitality. We also hope that every student covered by our “Flower Growth Scheme will keep positive, optimistic, and vigorous to embrace a happy life and have a bright future.

Children are the hope for the future of the family and the flowers for the future of the motherland. Huabao aims to provide students from different situations and different phases of studying with the necessary help through financial support, family partner assistance, sincere care, science popularization education, practical research activities, thus helping them grow into talents in an all-round way.
