Pursuit of strong physique and healthy life| Huabao Trade Union Federation carried out prescriptive stretching course

On September 13, 2024, Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park (“Huabao Trade Union Federation”) launched the Prescriptive Stretching Course (“Course”) at Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park, aiming to help the employees of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Huabao” or “Company”) better care for their bodies, release pressure and improve their quality of life after work.

In the fast pace of modern life, our bodies are often under strain. Prolonged sedentariness, poor posture, and high levels of work stress can easily lead to muscle stiffness, pain, and even give rise to various health problems. Prescriptive stretching, as an effective way of body regulation, can help us relax muscles, improve body flexibility, prevent sports injuries, improve the overall health of the body, reduce the fatigue brought by work, so that we can keep a better state in work and life.

In the Course, the participants actively followed the instructor's guidance, and carefully carried out each stretching action, thus better mastering the action essentials and skills of prescriptive stretching. The instructor also provided one-on-one guidance to some employees suffering particularly severe muscle stiffness, and helped them gradually correct wrong actions through patient demonstration and explanation, making them get a deep understanding of the importance of correct stretching.
