During June 18-21, 2024, China International Flavor and Fragrance Cosmetics Science and Technology Forum 2024 & the Fifth “New Product, New Technology and New Equipment” Expo (“Event”), which was co-sponsored by China Light Industry Productivity Promotion Center for the Flavor and Fragrance Industry, Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering, Shanghai Institute of Technology, Beijing Technology and Business University, Henan Agricultural University, and industry well-known enterprises, was held in Guangzhou. More than 500 people, including well-known experts, scholars and business representatives from all over the country, attended the Event, where they focused on the topics of “industry trends, regulations and standards, fragrances preparation, flavor chemistry, fragrance blending and creation, tobacco flavor, flavoring technology, industry waste gas and wastewater treatment” and so on to carry out in-depth discussion.
On the afternoon of June 19, 2024, the representative from Shanghai H&K Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. delivered a special technical report titled “Research Progress of Enzymatic Hydrolysis Technology in the Preparation of Milk-flavored Fragrances” at the Event, shared Huabao’s research results of enzymatic hydrolysis milk-flavored fragrances in four aspects of technical background, development status quo, product examples and trend prospect, and also took microcapsule powder, thick-milk flavors and fractionated complex formula products for examples to introduce the successful application of relevant innovative technologies in product development, which received wide attention from the participants.
On the evening of June 19, 2024, the Food Innovation Center of Huabao Scientific Innovation Center took coffee extract, Tieguanyin extract and Yunnan black tea extract for examples to introduce the innovative process of Aromaste-PlantTM series natural extract products independently developed and produced by Huabao Scientific Innovation Center and its product advantages in restoring natural aroma and taste, which triggered the participants’ strong interest and in-depth discussion.
At the Event, Huabao representatives fully showed the Company’s latest achievements in the field of F&F technology innovation to the industry players, and conducted in-depth technical exchanges and discussions with industry experts and scholars and excellent enterprises, and learned advanced technology and innovation experience.
