Efficient Communication and Precise Empowerment: Huabao Financial System Mid-Year Work Exchange Meeting Concluded Successfully

Against the backdrop of digital transformation and corporate strategic upgrading, Huabao’s finance team is undergoing a profound transformation from a “value guardian” to a “value creator”. From May 22 to May 23, 2025, Huabao headquarters finance department, in collaboration with financial backbones from its subsidiaries, conducted a business exchange and specialized skills training themed “Efficient Communication and Precise Empowerment”. Through a three-dimensional approach of “system dissemination, theoretical enhancement, and practical competition”, a composite finance team proficient in business, communication, and strategic advice was cultivated.

Day 1: Consolidating Foundations and Empowering Advancement

 

At the commencement of the training, Ms. REN Yujin, Director of Finance Department of Huabao, emphasized the specific requirements for financial line management, with focusing on financial management norms, capital security control, budget and final account coordination, internal control system construction, and performance evaluation reporting requirements. She proposed the goal of building an excellent management team at Huabao and stated that the Finance Department of the Headquarters would serve as a strong support system for finance departments of the subsidiaries, leading the finance team to collaborate with the business for common development.

 

Ms. YIN Jinmei, Director Assistant of the Finance Department of Huabao and CFO of Shanghai Yifang, shared her practical financial management experiences. Combining the business development practices of Shanghai H&K and Shanghai Yifang, she elaborated on the pivotal role of the financial system in transforming the performance evaluation system and deeply analyzed the logical framework for empowering business development. Ms. YIN emphasized that when carrying out financial work, we should be rooted in the overall interests of the Company, adhere to the philosophy of dual drive with professional hard power and communication soft power, and achieve mutual development between enterprise development and personal growth. Additionally, she ingeniously metaphorized the balance sheet as life, elucidating the wisdom of balancing work and life and strengthening team collaboration.

 

 

The Audit Department and the Information Technology Team of Huabao respectively shared the Internal Control Manual and Financial Internal Control Requirements for the year 2024, as well as the progress and subsequent plans for digital transformation.

 

 

HR and Administration Department of Huabao especially invited external senior lecturers to deliver courses focusing on structured thinking and expression, assisting the finance team in mastering efficient communication skills through theoretical explanations and case studies, enhancing their core competitiveness in the workplace, and laying a solid foundation for cross-departmental collaboration and strategic decision-making.

Day 2: Harvesting from Practical Drills

The second day of the training was filled with exciting practical drills. In the “Management Tangram” indoor team-building activity, six teams competed fiercely under resource-constrained scenarios. By accomplishing tasks, they profoundly experienced the importance of teamwork and resource integration. The winning team summarized that, “Financial managers should not be confined to the traditional role of 'gatekeepers。' but should learn to coordinate the overall situation, integrate resources, and become powerful drivers of enterprise development”. Subsequently, a management course delivered by a consulting expert further deepened everyone's understanding of the positioning of “future finance- information providers for resource integration”, broadening the strategic vision of financial personnel.

In the Free Topic Sharing Competition, 20 contestants delivered 5-minute speeches on topics such as “Cross-Departmental Communication and Digitalization from a Financial Perspective” and “Application of Artificial Intelligence in SAP”. Combining theoretical knowledge with work practices, the contestants sparked intellectual exchanges, fully testing and consolidating their previous learning outcomes.
