United Trade Union of Huabao’s Shanghai Industrial Park Launched the Training Activity of “Emotional Decompression and Relaxation”

On July 12^th, the United Trade Union of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd.’s Shanghai industrial park launched a training activity themed by “Emotional Decompression and Relaxation” in the Beijing-Shanghai Hall of the Shanghai industrial park, with more than 30 participants. The training was the “‘Ideal Caravan’” 2019 Jiading Industrial Zone Staff Training Program”, which was submitted by the trade union of demand units and organized by the general union of the industrial park.

In today's society, life pressure is increasing and the pace of work is getting faster and faster, how to relieve the pressure, relax emotions, and maintain the best physical and mental state are the problems faced by many people. In the training class, professional psychological training teachers let everyone feel the impact and change of pressure on their body and mind through interactive games and taught them several effective methods of decompression and relaxation. In the training class, everyone participated in the activity actively and enthusiastically, creating a relaxing and pleasant vibe. We hope that this training can guide everyone to attach more importance and pay more attention to their psychological and physical health problems, as well as to learn to take some measures to reduce and relieve physical and mental pressure after busy work, so as to maintain a healthy and optimistic attitude towards work and life.
