Founded in 1996, formerly known as Huabao Food Flavours & Fragrances (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) was relocated to Lhasa, Tibet in 2016 and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Huabao Flavours & Fragrances, Stock Code: 300741) in 2018. The Company is committed to providing global customers with green, nutritious, healthy solutions.
The Company has set up overseas R&D centers in Germany and Singapore, and owns National Enterprise Technology Center and National Post-doctoral Research Center in Chinese Mainland. From 2014 to 2022, the Company’s annual sales volume ranked first in F&F industry (data source: CAFFCI), won the China’s Top 100 Enterprises Award issued by China Business Top 100 Forum for 4 consecutive years, and its practice case of rural revitalization was successfully selected as “Excellent Practice Case of Rural Revitalization of Public Companies” by the China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO).
The Company’s history of food flavors can be traced back to the founding of Continental Chemical Society (predecessor of Huabao H&K), the first national flavor business established in Shanghai in 1912. Over the 110 years, especially in recent 20 years, the Company has strived to bring the national F&F brand to the world, and unceasingly facilitated its globalization progress and global layout. Currently, the Company owns more than 40 subsidiaries in 18 cities across 7 countries, and has become an international and modernized large-scale industrial group corporation.
