Jiangxi H&K Held an Outward Bound Themed by “Win-win Cooperation”

In order to improve team cohesiveness, enhance the teamwork ability and exhibit the employees’ mental outlook, Jiangxi H&K Food Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Jiangxi H&K for short) held an outward bound themed by “Win-win Cooperation” on November 15, and all the staff participated in the event.

Prior to the event, Mr. Wang Jinchuan, General Manager of Jiangxi H&K, gave a mobilization speech, encouraging everyone to find his/her own position in the respective team and to contribute their wisdom and strength to completing the tasks through the division of labor and cooperation between team members, so as to achieve the ultimate goals of the team.

The event comprises six activities, i.e. standing in military pose, icebreaking, tug of war, joining forces to break through the barriers, blind walking and round rope loop. The staff are divided into five groups to compete fiercely and score based on their performance in each session. Finally, awards are granted based on the total scores of each group.

The event site has seen intense competition among groups, with instructions and cheers heard loudly. These activities also fully demonstrated and highlighted the charm of effective team cooperation and the importance of each member of the team. In the future work, we will continue to take “inheriting a century-old classic, flavoring the innovation-driven future” as the common goal, give full play to our individual wisdom and talents, and work together to achieve our common goals.
