Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Actively Participates in the Awareness Month Activity on Fighting Illegal Securities and Futures Held by China Securities Regulatory Commission Tibet Bureau

In order to further fight illegal securities and futures activities and create a social atmosphere for the implementation of the new Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the reform of the registration system, Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co.，Ltd. (the “Company”), according to the Notice on the Launch of Awareness Month Activity on Fighting Illegal Securities and Futures in 2020 (Z. J. B. F. [2020] No. 18) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the requirements of the 2020 Implementation Plan for the Launch of Awareness Month Activity on Fighting Illegal Securities and Futures in Tibet issued by CSRC Tibet Bureau, will organize and carry out awareness month activities on fighting illegal securities and futures themed by “Rational Investment, Avoiding Traps of Illegal Securities and Futures”.

As a listed company in Tibet Autonomous Region, the Company attaches great importance to this Awareness Month Activity. We will follow the overall implementation plan of CSRC Tibet Bureau, focus on the theme of this Activity, formulate a detailed implementation plan based on the actual situation, carefully protocol the publicity materials, actively arrange publicity activities and make good and enough preparation for it.

Next, the Company will actively implement the publicity plan, carry out learning and publicity activities themed by “Rational Investment, Avoiding Traps of Illegal Securities and Futures”, and organically combine this Awareness Month Activity with the daily publicity and training, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the activities and continuously improve the long-term working mechanism of the Company’s standard operation.
