Huabao Held a Very Successful Training Session on Post Qualification for Quality Control of Tobacco Flavors

Recently, the Technology Center and HR & Administration Department of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) successfully organized the training on post qualification for quality control of tobacco flavors (the “Training Session”), which lasted for over one month.

During the period from June 18 to June 29, the Training Session was launched on both the offline and online platform of Yingtan Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd., and over one hundred employees participated in the Training Session. Training lecturers ZHAO Zhenyi, LIU Yi, HE Aihua, ZHOU Zhiqiang and WANG Xuejuan shared with the participants from the perspectives including production of flavors, basic knowledge related to flavors, customer communication, quality standard and control, and how to smell flavors respectively, bringing them a knowledge feast. In particular, relying on combining their rich experience in flavors, ZHAO Zhenyi and LIU Yi helped the participants study and understand the knowledge, by making easily understood explanations, highlighting key points, summarizing the knowledge, and teaching the participants how to learn. After the training program is completed, the participants watched the playback over and over again for review, so as to pass the qualification exam.

During the period from Jully 21 to July 23, the qualification exam was organized by the Company in Shanghai, Yingtan, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Yuxi in succession, to check the participants’ learning of knowledge. Participants who pass the exam will obtain the post qualification certificate granted by the Company.
