Huabao Held the First Reserve Talents Training in 2021

On October 11, 2021, Huabao held its first reserve talents training in 2021 at Hubao Shanghai Industrial Park A total of 30 employees from Huabao Flavours & Fragrances (“the Company” or “Huabao”) and its related subsidiaries participated in the 3.5-day intensive training.

In order to adapt to the development of NGP era and meet the Company’s strong demand for talents, HR and Administration Department of the Company has selected reserve talents throughout the company by means of recommendation and screening, and carefully designed courses to give them targeted training, thus to make the employees with good work ethics, high loyalty and strong development desire grow quickly, so as to better serve the development of the Company.

At the opening ceremony, Ms. CHEN Jing, Director of the HR and Administration Department, encouraged the participants to cherish this rare learning opportunity and live up to the expectations of the leaders and the cultivation of the Company in such a good era and background. She wished they would succeed in this study and gear their study to practical use. It is hoped that they would strive to tap their own potential, give full play to their own value, realize the effective integration of personal dream and company business, and harvest better development.

This training course not only involved the professional knowledge of the Company's business field, but also involved such aspects as law, compliance, management, etc., with a tight pace and a lot of valuable knowledge. The trainees present were proactive and passionate and said that they had learned a lot.

The training is just a form. We aim to make our employees pay more attention to learning new knowledges, mastering new methods and setting up new ideas; make our employees better adapt to the NGP era, better grasp opportunities and meet challenges; make our employees become Huabao people with “morality, consciousness, competitiveness and adaptability”, thus to better realize their personal value and facilitate the corporate development.

Our first reserve talents training in 2021 was successfully concluded. We really hope that our employees will never stop studying and seeking knowledge. Both the trainees and other employees should always keep learning to gear their study to practical use and create greater value with it.
