Serve both the Employees and Enterprises — Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park won awards in the activity held by Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone to celebrate the International Workers’ Day and China’s Youth Day

On the afternoon of April 24, 2023, the activity themed by “Forge Ahead with Original Aspiration” to celebrate the International Workers’ Day and China’s Youth Day was held at the lecture hall of the Management Committee of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone. This activity was sponsored by the CPC Working Committee of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone and the Management Committee of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone, and organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone and the Communist Youth League Working Committee of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone. Leaders of relevant departments, including LU Qiang, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Shanghai Jiading District People’s Congress and Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Jiading District, LI Chao, Secretary of CPC Working Committee of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone, attended this activity. Ms. CHEN Jing, Chairman of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park and Director of Huabao HR & Administration Department and other relevant persons of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park were invited to attend the activity.

In the commendation session, MA Xiangqun, Deputy Director of Food Innovation Center of Huabao Scientific and Technological Innovation Center, was honored with the title of “Craftsman of Jiading Industrial Zone in 2022”. This is another individual who has won the honorary title of “Craftsman” after ZHAO Zhenyi, an expert perfumer of Huabao Scientific and Technological Innovation Center, won the title of “Technical Expert” in Jiading District, and XIANG Qun, director of the Sweetening Technology Department of H&K Flavor Technology Center, and SHEN Wenjing, director assistant and senior perfumer, won the title of “Craftsman” in Jiading Industrial Zone. In addition, the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park was honored with the title of “Excellent Labor Union Organization of Jiading Industrial Zone in 2022” together with the labor unions of 20 enterprises such as Volvo, Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare and JD.com. This is also another collective honor won by the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park after it won the title of “Three-star Workers’ Home” in Jiading District, and the Sweetening Technology Department of H&K Flavor Technology Center won the title of “Workers’ Pioneer of Jiading District in 2021”. MU Jieqiang, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park, was awarded the title of “Excellent Trade Union Worker of Jiading Industrial Zone in 2022”, which is the second time in a row that he won this honor.

All the honors received are the recognition by the Jiading Industrial Zone Federation of Trade Unions of the practical work and active attitude of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park, as well as the affirmation of personal work and dedication of relevant personnel.

As a trade union federation of a non-public enterprise, the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park (“Trade Union Federation”) has been exploring new ways to develop trade union federation of non-public enterprises and innovating new methods of operating trade union federation since its establishment in late 2018. Although members of the two committees (i.e. Trade Union Federation Committee and Trade Union Federation Fund Review Committee) of the Trade Union Federation are part-time, they have been adhering to their original aspiration under the strong leadership of two chairmen Of The Trade Union Federation, Work Hard With Due Diligence To Build The Trade Union Federation into a home of employees and a good partner of enterprises, thus better serving both the employees and enterprises.

The Trade Union Federation always aims to establish sound labor relation between employees and employers. By building the “Workers’ Home” and the “Mommy’s House”, building/ renting sports venues, and carrying out various skills training and cultural and sports activities, it has taken multiple measures to solve the problems of employees, serve employees and stimulate their fighting will, to better serve enterprises, promote the benign development of enterprises and employees, and truly realize the mutual benefit and win-win result of enterprises and employees. The Trade Union Federation will continue to actively encourage the pursuit of excellence and reward the excellent, play the exemplary and leading role of role models, and encourage more people to practice corporate strategy and realize personal value, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the enterprise. In the future, the Trade Union Federation will closely combine with the actual development of the Company, continue to innovate working methods, and effectively serve the employees and the enterprises.
