University-enterprise Cooperation: Students from Shanghai Institute of Technology Carried out Cognition Practice in Huabao

In order to further deepen university-enterprise cooperation and exchanges, promote the integration of industry and education, realize the complementary advantages and resource sharing of universities and enterprises, and promote the industry-university-research development, students of Grade 2022 of School of Perfume and Aroma Technology of Shanghai Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as “SIT”) carried out cognition practice in Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park in two batches under the leadership of their teachers on June 16, 2023.

Over the years, Huabao has maintained an in-depth university-enterprise cooperation relationship with SIT. Huabao is also the fixed-point off-campus cognition practice base of SIT. Huabao actively participates in the integration of industry and education of SIT, providing students with industry cognition practice places and employment positions. MU Jieqiang, Senior Manager of Huabao HR and Administration Department, was responsible for the explanation in the cognition practice activity. Mr. MU led the teachers and students to visit the headquarters office building and the exhibition hall of the Company, and introduced the Company's development history, business segments and main products in detail, and every student understood that Huabao's products are closely related to our daily life. In the product exhibition area, the students had a strong interest in the various products on display, and took the initiative to experience the products and consult related questions.

While visiting Huabao Scientific Innovation Center, the researchers prepared the latest snacks and drinks for the students to taste. Mr. MU introduced the laboratory function, R&D direction, process technology and other contents of the Center. By learning the product knowledge and tasting the products, students have deepened their understanding of the R&D and application of flavor technology, and had a clearer understanding of their future learning direction and career development.

During the visit, the students actively asked questions, and Mr. MU patiently answered their questions. Meanwhile, he encouraged the students to do a good job in career positioning and career planning, and to improve their professional knowledge and skills.

At present, Huabao has developed cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, South China University of Technology, Jiangnan University, Guangxi University, Shanghai Institute of Technology, etc..
