Ensuring the Company’s sustainable development and promoting the upgrade of internal management system| Huabao successfully conducted the 2024 Anti-fraud and Anti-bribery Training

To further enhance the risk prevention awareness of internal employees, regulate their professional behavior, and ensure the sustainable development of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huabao” or the “Company”), Huabao conducted a special training on anti-fraud and anti-bribery on September 29, 2024. The training was conducted in a combination of offline and online ways, where the overview of fraud and bribery theories, typical cases of fraud and bribery, relevant laws and regulations, as well as Huabao's anti-fraud and anti-bribery management system and practices were explained and introduced to the Company's directors, officers, and employees.
Huabao has always attached great importance to anti-fraud and anti-bribery efforts, and has established a long-term early warning mechanism for anti-fraud and anti-bribery. As early as November 2021, Huabao issued the Anti-fraud, Anti-bribery and Reporting Management Rules and the Anti-Fraud and Anti-bribery Management Measures, laying a solid foundation for the Company’s incorruptible operations. In March 2022, the Company successfully passed the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-bribery Management System certification, further demonstrating its determination and achievements in anti-fraud and anti-bribery efforts.
