Exploring new opportunities for collaborative development between government and enterprises: ZHOU Guchang, Secretary of Party Working Committee of Yingtan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and his delegation visited Huabao for investigation

On the afternoon of March 19, 2025, ZHOU Guchang, Secretary of Party Working Committee of Yingtan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, led a delegation to visit and investigate Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huabao” or “Company”), gaining an in-depth understanding of the Company’s technological innovation and business development, and exchanging views on deepening government-enterprise cooperation and supporting the Company’s transformation and development. Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, Director and President of Huabao, along with the Company’s senior management team, participated in this symposium.

At this symposium, Ms. YUAN expressed gratitude for the long-term support provided by Yingtan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and introduced to the delegation the practical initiatives which Huabao has adopted to fulfill its mission of “Green, Nutritious and Healthy” and pursue its vision of “Flavoring Your Life and Promoting Healthy Lifestyle”. She emphasized the Company’s continuous efforts to drive industrial upgrading through intelligent transformation and international layout. She stated that the precise policy support and efficient services provided by the local government had served as a solid backbone for corporate innovation, and that the Company would deepen industrial chain collaboration and accelerate green technology research & development in the future.

Mr. ZHOU highly recognized Huabao’s leading role in technological innovation and industrial chain upgrading, particularly its focus on the development and application of natural products in the health sector in recent years. He emphasized that enterprises would face various opportunities and challenges in the process of development, and the government would actively optimize the pro-business environment, precisely meet corporate needs, and help enterprises become excellent and strong. Mr. ZHOU pointed out that Yingtan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone would continue to focus on the concerns of key enterprises within the Zone, strengthen the three-in-one service of “policy+ resources+ platform”, improve the normalized communication mechanism between government and enterprises, promote enterprises to have access to policy privileges more directly and rapidly, and inject vitality into the enterprise economy.

This investigation has further consolidated the foundation for government-enterprise cooperation and provided a guarantee for further enhancement of regional economic competitiveness and its sustainable development.
