Huabao Flavors & Fragrances Holds the 17th Meeting of the First Board of Directors

On June 5, 2018, the 17th Meeting of the First Board of Directors of Huabao Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (Huabao Flavors & Fragrances) was held in the meeting room on the site of Huabao Flavors & Fragrances in Shanghai, which was presided over by Mr. XIA Liqun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Huabao Flavors & Fragrances.
The Meeting deliberated and approved the work report of the Board of Directors, the work report made by the President, the final account report, the profit distribution plan, and the proposal concerning remuneration for directors and officers in Huabao Flavor & Fragrances, for the year 2017, as well as the financial budget report and the proposals concerning remuneration for directors and officers, further employment of the auditing institution, and daily related transactions, for the year 2018. In addition, the proposals relating to utilization of the raised funds for replenishing the working capital and increasing the capital of Jiangxi H&K Food Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Lhasa Huabao Food Co., Ltd. and utilization of the raised and the self-owned funds for increasing the capital of Shanghai H&K Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. are also deliberated and approved by the Board of Directors.
In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors, the Company will hold its 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders at 14:00 on June 26, 2018 (Tuesday).
