Huabao Flavors & Fragrances Successfully Holds Its 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

At 14:00 on June 26, 2018, Huabao Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huabao Flavors & Fragrances”) held its 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on its site in Shanghai, which was presided over by Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, President and Director of Huabao Flavors & Fragrances, and attended by 9 shareholders (including agents of shareholders) and some of directors and supervisors of the Company. At this Meeting witnessed by lawyers from Beijing Zhonglun Law Firm, some senior officers of the Company as well as personnel providing continuous steering, from Zheshang Securities Co., Ltd., were also present.

This General Meeting of Shareholders wass convoked in the way of combining onsite voting and online voting. On the basis of online and onsite deliberations, the Meeting approved by voting the work report of the Board of Directors, the work report of the Board of Supervisors, the final account report, the profit distribution plan, and the proposal concerning the remuneration for directors of the Company, with regard to the year 2017, as well as the financial budget report and the proposals concerning further employment of the auditing institution, remuneration for directors and supervisors of the Company, and daily related transactions, for the year 2018.

The Meeting was successfully closed after all items in the agenda were completed.
