The Internal Lecturer Appointment Ceremony of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances in 2019 Was Successfully Concluded

Recently, Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) held the appointment ceremony of the internal lecturer for the employee orientation training course in 2019 in Shanghai Hall in Beijing. Mr. WANG Jinchuan, Director of the Purchasing Department, Ms. WEN Canbing, Director of the Administration Department, Ms. CHEN Jing, Director of the Human Resources Department, and all internal lecturers attended the ceremony. Ten employees from relevant departments were hired as internal lecturers for employee orientation training courses.

Ms. CHEN from the HR Department summarized the results of the upgraded employee orientation training, and reviewed and affirmed the outstanding performance of the lecturers throughout the process. Finally, she said with a smile: “Without the assistance of various departments, this project could not be started, and it was much less likely to achieve this breakthrough from 0 to 1 and from offline to online. Thank you very much for the support of all departments and lecturers!”

Then, Mr. WANG from the Purchasing Department, Ms. WEN from the Administration Department, and MS. CHEN from the HR Department issued the Internal Lecturer's Letter of Appointment to 10 lecturers respectively. MU Jieqiang from the Administration Department shared on the site as the lecturer's representative. He said that it was a great honor to participate in the video recording training course for the first time. In the future, we will continue to innovate work forms, strive to improve the service quality, and strengthen the satisfaction and sense of belonging of employees, especially new employees, to help them quickly integrate into the team, and adapt to the Company and the new working environment.

The launch of the orientation training series helps the employees complete the studies of training courses and exams by M-learning, which is more flexible in form and more controllable in effect. It also enhances the staff's ability to get familiar with the Company quickly and integrate into the post-work and enhance their employment experience. Subsequently, the HR Department will continue to upgrade the employee experience innovatively, and conduct a comprehensive probation period evaluation of new employees through the “online + offline dual-drive model”.
