Huabao Held Anti-fraud and Anti-bribery Related System Training

In order to effectively regulate the company’s business operations, establish an honest and trustworthy business philosophy, consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations, follow high standards of commercial ethics, professional ethics and code of conduct, and protect the interests of the company and the public, Huabao has established a long-term early warning mechanism to fight against fraud and bribery through the formulation of the Anti-fraud, Anti-bribery and Reporting Management System, the Anti-Fraud and Anti-bribery Management Measures, the Working Rules for the Anti-Fraud and Anti-bribery Working Group and other relevant systems.

In order to facilitate the smooth implementation of various systems, Huabao held the anti-fraud and anti-bribery related system training at Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park on November 25-26. The training was divided into two sessions: “Comprehensive Training” and “Special Training” through both online and offline means. The “Comprehensive Training” is intended for personnel from functional departments while the “Special Training” is intended for personnel related to finance work.

YUAN Xiaoqin, director and president of Huabao Group, ZHANG Jie, vice-president and CFO of Huabao Group, HOU Xiaoqin, vice president and secretary of the board of the company, and other company leaders and related personnel from various departments of the company attended the training. The training was hosted by Ms. CHEN Jing, director of Human Resource and Administration Department.

At the beginning of the training, Ms. YUAN made a speech. YUAN explained the importance of creating a clean and upright, honest and trustworthy social atmosphere from three aspects including the state, the industry and the enterprise. She also indicated that the implementation of the “anti-fraud and anti-bribery” system was an important guarantee for the company to create value for the society, shareholders and employees, and to achieve stable and sustainable development.

Then, GU Wen, deputy director of the Audit Department, gave a comprehensive and systematic explanation to the specific business and general requirements related to anti-fraud and anti-bribery.

DUAN Jingwei, director of Enterprise Management and Information Department, gave training on matters needing attention and specific requirements for the actual operation of anti-fraud and anti-bribery related systems in the OA system.

REN Yujin, director of the Finance Department, explained the new requirements of financial reimbursement and approval after the implementation of the “anti-fraud and anti-bribery” systems.

CHEN Jing, director of Huabao Human Resource and Administration Department, highlighted the anti-fraud and anti-bribery regulations and related requirements in the Employee Handbook (2021 Edition).

Huabao attaches great importance to anti-fraud and anti-bribery control in operation management, forbids any fraud and bribery that damages the interests of the company and the public, and maintains a “zero-tolerance” attitude towards any form of fraud and bribery. This training will help all better understand and execute the company’s anti-fraud and anti-bribery systems, and realize the importance of the “anti-fraud and anti-bribery” systems to the state, the society, the industry, the company and the individuals.
