Overcome All Difficulties for Zero-Distance Employment - Shanghai H&K Held the “Online Career Talk”

Many on-site job fairs held by universities across the country have been canceled due to COVID-19, which has also seriously impacted the recruitment plans of Shanghai H&K Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. Recently, Shanghai H&K held an “online career talk” (cloud recruiting) and posted the company’s recruitment information (positions, workplaces, categories, etc.) to fresh graduates through “livestreaming recruiting”, where “face-to-face” communication can be reached in the “online career talk”, so that the graduates could understand the company and send out their resumes within doors.

Ms. YAN Qing, manager of General Management Department of Shanghai H&K, made a speech on behalf of the Company at the Online Career Talk. Then she explained Huabao’s concept of “healthy, delicious and fashionable” food, and displayed Huabao’s advanced technologies and professional equipment. Finally, she gave some product service cases to convey the sweet and salty flavor business and product image of Shanghai H&K to every audience in the livestreaming room in an interesting and professional way, which triggered a warm response from the students. At one point, more than 3,000 people joined the online career talk.
“Does the company provide dormitory? What is the future career development space for trainee perfumers? What are the main products of the company?” After YAN’s introduction, many students raised their concerns in the interaction section of the livestreaming room. YAN patiently explained the salary, dormitory situation, career development and other related information, so as to ensure that every prospective employee has a comprehensive understanding of the company.
