On the morning of April 12, the CEO office meeting was held online. At the meeting, Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, board director and president of Huabao, was very concerned about the employees’ physical and mental health, as well as their living situations. She required that all department leaders should pay more attention to and care for their employees, and decided to distribute daily necessities to Huabao employees in Shanghai. The HR & Admin Dept was required to cooperate with the Trade Union Federation of Huabao to expedite the implementation. After the meeting, Ms. CHEN Jing, Chairman of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao, made prompt arrangement to organize and mobilize the personnel of the “two committees” and HR & Admin Dept, divide the work, assign responsibility to individuals, and advance the implementation.

The distribution of supplies involved all companies in the Shanghai Industrial Park. It was organized and carried out by the Trade Union Federation and the HR & Admin Dept. They searched for reliable and qualified supply of good, collected address information of employees in Shanghai, and designed the notice and poster, etc. They were pressed for time while facing such heavy and difficult tasks, but they advanced the work quickly and orderly under the joint efforts of all.

Under the joint efforts and cooperation of all, they completed the collection and collation of address information of employees in Shanghai on the afternoon of April 13 and completed the order confirmation and payment of all daily necessities on the evening of April 13. On April 14, the suppliers sped up to prepare and package the goods. We kept follow-up and repeated with suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of supplies and timely delivery of the supplies to every employee. On the morning of April 15, our employees living in the Pudong area received the supplies. It took less than three days from the decision and arrangement of the company and federation leaders to the successful delivery of supplies to the first batch of employees.
