News on COVID-19| Jiangxi H&K Has Taken Forceful Measures to Fight Against the Epidemic

In face of the severe epidemic situation in China, , Jiangxi H&K Food Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Jiangxi H&K”) has shouldered the responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, adopted a package of measures and taken immediate, positive, and forceful action to fight against the epidemic.

Assure Material Supply by Scientific Management

In order to meet the demand for epidemic prevention and control materials, Jiangxi H&K has purchased and stored a batch of epidemic prevention materials, including 100 kilograms of 84 disinfectant, more than 3,000 masks, more than 10 forehead thermometers, 20 bottles of sanitizer, etc. Meanwhile, according to the number of staff, the canteen has reserved 1500 kg of rice and noodles, 80 barrels of cooking oil and some meat, dried vegetables, instant noodles, bread, eight ingredient porridge and other materials. The stock of epidemic prevention materials and living supplies can support the Company for 2 weeks under normal service conditions.

Comprehensive Disinfection for Epidemic Prevention

The company has organized personnel to carry out comprehensive disinfection on the office area, production area and other public areas twice a day in the morning and afternoon respectively. Such frequent contact places as toilet, doorknob and handrail shall be fully disinfected, thus to create a safe and comfortable office and production environment. So far, 20 person-times have used more than 20 kilograms of disinfectants and finished the disinfection of a total of 80 sites.

Undergo Nucleic Acid Testing for Better Epidemic Protection

Jiangxi H&K took the initiative to communicate with the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone for door-to-door nucleic acid testing service. The Management Committee coordinated and assigned Bailu Health Center to provide the service. To avoid cluster infections, the Company arranged it in advance and specially assigned personnel to provide whole-process guidance for information registration, health code presentation and on-site order, thus to ensure the efficient and orderly completion of nucleic acid testing. More than 120 employees of the Company and team members of the Phase II Project participated in the nucleic acid testing, and all the results were negative.
