Enhancing Department Collaboration and Improving Service Quality-Huabao Held 2023 Annual HR& Administration Department Meeting

On the morning of March 9, Huabao held 2023 Annual HR& Administration Department Meeting in Yingtan, Jiangxi Province. Heads and relevant personnel of HR& administration departments of Huabao headquarters, H&K Flavours& Fragrances, Jiangxi H&K, Shanghai Yifang, Jiangxi Yifang, Yingtan Huabao, Guangzhou Hua Fang, Guangzhou Owada, Yunnan Tianhong, Xiamen Amber attended the meeting. Relevant personnel of HR & Administration Department of FTBG were also invited to attend the meeting.

Ms. CHEN Jing, Director of Huabao Human Resource and Administration Department, attended the meeting and made a speech. Ms. CHEN said, “The epidemic had blocked the opportunity for our offline communication for several years, but our colleagues in the HR & administration departments of each company had stuck to their posts and made efforts. Here, I would like to thank you for your hard work. Today, we gather in Yingtan of Jiangxi Province as scheduled, to hold the 2023 Annual HR& Administration Department Meeting. This is a decisive year for the company’s strategy implementation, so this meeting is especially important for our HR & administration departments. We will share, learn, and discuss HR & Administration related topics with all colleagues present at the meeting, to improve our work efficiency and service quality in the following work, and provide strong back-office support for the company’s strategic transformation and business expansion. I hope you can take advantage of these two precious days to exchange ideas, learn from each other and make progress.”

During the meeting, relevant colleagues from HR& administration departments of Huabao headquarters, H&K Flavours & Fragrances, Guangzhou Owada and Jiangxi H&K shared their opinions on seal and document management norms, corporate culture and brand image management, personnel management norms, talent recruitment, employee relationship management, performance appraisal and personnel incentive, safety management norms, information disclosure norms and “anti-fraud and anti-bribery” system requirements, and put forward the standard requirements for each work module, thus strengthening the participants’ work innovation and business service consciousness. At the meeting, Mr. ZHANG Chao, senior manager of the HR & Administration Department of Huabao Group, also introduced Southeast Asian cross-cultural knowledge to strengthen the participants’ understanding of transnational and trans-regional cultural differences and integration, to lay a cultural foundation for the company’s global business development. Mr. WU Hao from FTBG shared his experience in corporate culture construction. The participants shared their personal practical work experience in a vivid and interesting way, with strong reference significance and practical operability. During the meeting, we also arranged a visit to the workshop of Jiangxi H&K, and carried out the experience competition to distinguish the fragrances, so that the participants could personally understand the production process and technology of food flavors, and deepened their cognition of the company’s products.

The HR & Administration Department Meeting is an annual working conference held regularly every year by Huabao Group, aiming to publicize the company’s strategic objectives and annual business plans, share the representative working methods and experience of the HR& Administration departments of each company, and encourage everyone to work harder for the realization of the company’s strategic objectives and annual business plans, and strive to service company development and staff growth, thus to improve service quality. Through the meeting, the HR& Administration departments of the headquarters and its subsidiaries strengthened communication and contact, and enhanced understanding, thus to lay a good foundation for smooth communication and coordination in the future work.

Moreover, outstanding teams and outstanding individuals of the HR & Administration Department in 2022 were commended at the meeting.

Although the agenda of the two-day meeting was tight, everyone kept a good state of attendance. The meeting not only strengthened the communication and liaison between the HR& Administration departments of Huabao Group and its subsidiaries, but also formed a unity in ideology, reached a consensus in work, and made the goals more explicit and clearer. At the summing-up session, Ms. CHEN organized the participants to learn the important speech spirit of “Lean production management, technology and product innovation, international business development and ESG construction” by Mr. XIA Liqun, Chairman of Huabao Group, and the five key work arrangements made by Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, President of Huabao Group to “improve the management mechanism, create core competitiveness with scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the process of business internationalization, continue to optimize the digital system, strengthen the ability of internal control and management” in 2023. Ms. CHEN emphasized that as the HR & Administration Department, the personnel must pay attention to the Huabao’s strategic objectives, strategic initiatives, development trends, constantly iterate our professional knowledge, and improve the business level, service awareness and service quality, thus to provide strong support for the steady and sustainable development of Huabao.
