Employee care in ESG| bracelet DIY activity enriched employees’ life

In order to enrich employees’ spare time life and enhance team cohesion, Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park (“Huabao Trade Union Federation”) organized a pearl bracelet DIY activity to make employees experience the charm of DIY and feel the pleasure brought by handicrafts in their busy work.

At the activity site, the teacher prepared natural pearls, beading tools, and decorative materials for each person, and gave a live demonstration to explain the basic steps and skills of pearl bracelet DIY in detail. In order to ensure that all participants could master the method of bracelet DIY, the teacher patiently answered every question and gradually guided each participant to complete their own works.

With the help of the teacher, most participants finished their works quickly. The participants were extremely happy and created their exquisite pearl bracelets one after another. At the end of the activity, everyone put their handmade pearl bracelets on their wrists, appreciated each other’s works together, and immersed in the sense of accomplishment and pleasure brought by DIY.

The activity was so popular that it attracted more than 60 participants. The DIY activity brought a relaxing and happy time to everyone, which not only enriched their spare time life, but also enhanced the communication and cooperation between colleagues, fully demonstrated the care of Huabao Trade Union Federation for employees and Huabao’s harmonious and upward corporate culture.
