The First Session of the Third Membership Representative Conference of Huabao Trade Union Federation of Huabao Was successfully held

On the celebration of the 75^th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Huabao Trade Union Federation of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huabao" or the "Company") (hereinafter referred to as “Huabao Trade Union Federation”) held the First Session of the Third Membership Representative Conference (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference") at Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park. The Conference aimed to elect members for the new committee of Huabao Trade Union Federation and for the new funding review committee of Huabao Trade Union Federation. The Conference received great attention and active participation from leaders and many employees of the Company. After standard and meticulous preparation, 46 member representatives attended the Conference. And Mr. YANG Cheng, Assistant President of Huabao, was invited to attend the Conference. The Conference was hosted by MU Jieqiang, Vice Chairman of the second committee of Huabao Trade Union Federation.

The Conference opened in the solemn national anthem. On behalf of the Second Committee of Huabao Trade Union Federation, Mr. MU presented the Work Report of the Second Committee of Huabao Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”) to the representatives present at the Conference. The Report comprehensively reviewed the achievements of Huabao Trade Union Federation in the past three years in the construction of six systems regarding employee benefits, activities, employee care, awards, supervision, and charity, and proposed several suggestions and goals for future work.

Next, the Conference proceeded to the election session. The election was conducted by secret ballot. After rigorous voting and counting procedures, members for the new committee of Huabao Trade Union Federation and for the new funding review committee of Huabao Trade Union Federation were successfully elected. The newly elected members form a reasonable structure, covering multiple departments of the Company, and possess broad representativeness and professionalism.

Ms. CHEN Jing, Director of Huabao’s Human Resources and Administration Department and the newly elected chairman of Huabao Trade Union Federation, stated in her speech that she would fully leverage the role of Huabao Trade Union Federation as a bridge and link between employees and the Company, unite and lead all committee members and member representatives to continue working for the Company's development and employee well-being. She also expressed the need to continue improving the standardized operation level of Huabao Trade Union Federation, carrying out all work in accordance with laws and regulations, and playing the supervisory role of Huabao Trade Union Federation's in the Company's daily management to promote the healthy development of the Company. She further emphasized the importance of strengthening active communication with the Company’s leaders and deep cooperation with the Company to jointly create a better working environment and corporate culture atmosphere, and to play a positive role in promoting and guiding the Company's sustainable development and employees’ individual talent display.

Mr. YANG Cheng delivered a speech on behalf of Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, Director and President of Huabao and the Company’s management team, congratulating the successful convening of the Conference and the successful election of the new committee members. He fully affirmed the remarkable contributions made by Huabao Trade Union Federation in safeguarding employees’ rights and interests and building corporate culture in the past few years, and hoped that the new committees could continue to carry forward the excellent traditions, actively innovate, and make greater contributions to the harmonious development of the Company.

After all agendas were successfully completed, the Conference concluded smoothly.

The successful convening of this Conference marks a new step forward in the work of Huabao Trade Union Federation, injecting new vitality into the Company’s future development and employees’ happy life. We believe that under the leadership of the new committees, Huabao will surely embrace an even brighter future.
