YU Xiuming, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference and his delegation visited Jiangxi Yifang for research and investigation

On March 11, 2025, YU Xiuming, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference, who was accompanied by relevant leaders from Jiangxi Province, and its cities & counties, visited Jiangxi Yifang Rural Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangxi Yifang” or “Company”), a subsidiary of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huabao"), to conduct research work. HU Chunsen, General Manager of Jiangxi Yifang, accompanied the delegation to visit the Company’s exhibition hall, laboratories, etc., and provided a detailed report on the development history, business layout, research & development (R&D) and production of Huabao and Jiangxi Yifang.

When introducing the Company’s development history, Mr. HU specifically pointed out that Jiangxi Yifang has effectively driven local farmers to increase their income and acquire wealth by launching the “company+ cooperative+ farmers” industrial poverty alleviation model. It also made outstanding contributions to regional economic development and poverty alleviation work. Thanks to this model, the Company had successively won multiple honors such as the “National Advanced Collective for Fight Against Poverty”, “National Advanced Private Enterprise for Precise Poverty Alleviation through the ‘10,000 Enterprises Assisting 10,000 Villages’ Initiative”, “Provincial Leading Enterprise for Poverty Alleviation”, and “Provincial Advanced Non-public Enterprise”, becoming a textbook example of industrial poverty alleviation.

After listening to the presentation, Mr. YU fully acknowledged the development achievements of Jiangxi Yifang and put forward clear requirements for the Company’s future development. He emphasized that enterprises must strictly adhere to food safety standards, ensure the safety and quality of food from the source, and strengthen the food safety defense line; in terms of social responsibility, enterprises should continue to participate in the “1,000 Enterprises Revitalizing 10,000 Villages” Initiative to boost rural revitalization and promote common prosperity; furthermore, enterprises should continuously increase investment in R&D, innovate actively, improve product added value, and enhance brand competitiveness. Mr. YU also solemnly stated that the government would continue to optimize the pro-business environment, keep a close eye on the needs of enterprises, provide proactive services, act proactively, collaborate with relevant departments actively, and strengthen the guarantee of policies, elements, and services to effectively support the high-quality development of enterprises.
