Nurturing Flowers with One Heart, Leaving a Legacy on the Plateau | Huabao’s Another “Flower Growth Plan” Charitable Education Project Was Launched in Xizang

On the morning of September 11, 2025, a donation ceremony of Huabao's “Flower Growth Plan” charitable education project was held at Nyêmo County Middle School in Lhasa, Xizang. This project aims to practically support education in western China, revitalize the region, and convey Huabao's profound care for the society by establishing various forms of financial aid, including student subsidies, scholarships, and teaching awards.

Government leaders such as Mr. LUO Sang, Party Secretary of the Nyêmo County Education Bureau, and Mr. ZHANG Xin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Nyêmo County Education Bureau, attended the ceremony. Representatives from Huabao Limited, including Ms. CHEN Jing, Chairman of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park and Director of Huabao Human Resource and Administration Department, also participated in the event. Leaders of Nyêmo County Middle School, the students who received financial aid, the award-winning students and teacher representatives all participated in the event together. The event was hosted by NI Ma, Principal of Nyêmo County Middle School.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Director ZHANG Xin delivered a welcoming speech, expressing heartfelt gratitude to Huabao Limited for its attention and assistance to Nyêmo County’s education cause. Subsequently, student representatives presented hada scarves (a piece of silk used as a greeting gift) to the leaders to express sincere respect and blessings.
Ms. CHEN Jing, on behalf of Huabao, stated in her speech that since the launch of the “Flower Growth Plan” in 2023, Huabao has always adhered to the responsible philosophy of “giving back to the society and supporting education”, committed to helping children in central and western China study and grow with peace of mind. She mentioned, “Coming from the Huangpu River to the snowy plateau, we bring not only financial support but also trust and expectations”, encouraging students to cherish their time, study diligently, and change their destinies with knowledge, while paying high tribute to the hardworking teachers.
Mr. LUO Sang fully affirmed Huabao’s charitable deeds in his speech and encouraged teachers and students to seize the opportunity and strive forward, repaying the society with excellent achievements.

During the ceremony, representatives from Huabao Limited presented student subsidies and scholarships to the sponsored and award-winning student representatives on site. Student representatives expressed their gratitude and determination to succeed. The Middle School presented a silk banner to Huabao Limited as a token of appreciation.
This donation not only represents the practical implementation of Huabao’s “Flower Growth Plan” charitable education project in Xizang, showcasing Huabao’s fulfillment of corporate social responsibility and commitment to public welfare, but also serves as a vivid testimony to the collaboration between the eastern China and western China to jointly promote educational development. It spans thousands of miles, conveying the deep concern from the Huangpu River and the earnest expectations of the snowy plateau, and coalescing into a warm and resolute force. We firmly believe that every act of kindness will illuminate the path ahead, paving a broader dream road for students in Xizang, allowing hope to take root and sprout at the foot of the snowy mountains, and enabling every “child” to have more brilliant and splendid future due to the love and persistence!

Nyêmo County in Lhasa City of Xizang Autonomous Region, is located in the central-southern part of Xizang, on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River, over 140 km away from Lhasa City, with an average altitude of over 3,800 m. Nyêmo County Middle School, established in 1978, is a junior high school located in a semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral area in Lhasa City. The Middle School currently has 107 faculty members, including 105 full-time teachers, and over 1,400 students enrolled in 28 teaching classes, with 9 classes in the first grade, 10 in the second grade, and 9 in the third grade of junior high school.
