In April, flowers in Jiangxi are booming in such warm spring, showing a vibrant and thriving phenomenon. At the construction site of “Huabao Yingtan Food Flavors and Ingredients Production Base Project (Phase II)”, everything goes smoothly and orderly. According to the project leader at the construction site, the Phase II project has been roofed entirely and entered the stage of production equipment installation, marking that we have taken another important step towards going into production. The follow-up procedures include equipment debugging, pilot production and so on.
Located in Longgang Industrial Park of Yingtan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, “Huabao Yingtan Food Flavors and Ingredients Production Base Project (Phase II)” is an important food flavors and ingredients production base of Huabao Group. The project is planned to be built by phases. And the Phase I project had been completed and put into use by the end of 2018. The Phase II project has entered the stage of equipment installation. According to the process requirements, the project is divided into two independent plants: Halal (including 1 workshop, 1 warehouse and 1 complex building) and non-Halal (including 1 workshop and 2 warehouses).

The production workshop of the Phase II project has been roofed. The in-house equipment installation has begun.
By exploring the process and combining the previous equipment upgrade experience, we have further optimized the process, improved the data management of core equipment, reduced material transfer, shortened the processing period in the Phase II project, thus to have realized automatic feeding, process parameters execution (reaction time, automatic temperature control), canning and other automatic production process, improved the quality and competitiveness of the enterprise and achieved energy conservation and environmental protection.

In 2020, the company established WARLBOR ASIA PACIFIC PTE.LTD. (Huabao Asia Pacific) in Singapore. In 2021, the Asia Pacific R&D center was put into operation smoothly. At the same time, PT Warlbor Flavour and Ingredients Indonesia was established in Batam Island, an Indonesian island adjacent to Singapore, to undertake the production functions of the Asia Pacific R&D center. Huabao Asia Pacific will pool the wisdom of the world to conduct food innovation research, and make full use of Singapore’s advantage as a bridgehead in Southeast Asia and even the global market to bring green, healthy, nutritious” Huabao products to the world, so that people around the world can enjoy Huabao flavors and the Chinese flavors. Through the merger of ShangHai YiFang Rural Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. on March 8, Huabao would further expand the business segment of food ingredients, further improve the industry chain layout, increase business opportunities, promote business development, enhance core competitiveness, and form a new profit growth point.
In the future, Huabao will further grasp the consumption trends and opportunities, and rely on the technological advantages of the Science and Technology Innovation Center and Singapore R&D Center to continuously carry out technology innovation and product innovation, actively develop new product categories, and conduct layout in emerging industries and overseas markets, thus to meet the diversified needs of customers.
