Leaders of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone visited Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park to called for concern about the high temperature

On July 5, XU Qinmin, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone, PENG Daiyun, chairman of the Trade Union of the Industrial Zone, and XIAO Lijie, vice chairman of the trade union, visited Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park to call for concern about the high temperature. Mr. YANG Cheng, Assistant President of Huabao Group and General Manager of Lhasa Huabao, and Ms. CHEN Jing, director of Huabao human resource and administration department and chairman of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park, received the leaders of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone.

They first visited the company’s exhibition hall. YANG introduced the company’s business development and industrial layout to them. During the visit, the leaders of the Industrial Zone also learned about the company’s situation on resumption of work and epidemic prevention, and praised that the company had put staff health first, accelerated the progress of all work, and carried out convenient nucleic acid testing activities. At the following symposium, Mr. YANG and Ms. CHEN respectively reported to the leaders the progress of construction projects at Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park, and the company’s work on party construction and trade union.

After listening to the introduction, XU appreciated the development and achievements of Huabao, and also affirmed the company’s solid work on party construction and labor union. XU said that the company’s work on party construction and labor union should be combined with the company’s business development, give full play to the vanguard role of the Party organization, unite and develop outstanding young people in the company, thus to facilitate enterprise development; the labor union organization should give play to cohesive force, care for the staff, lay emphasis on services, and build harmonious labor-capital relationship.

XU and PENG also had a cordial talk with the staff representatives present.

At the end of the symposium, XU and PENG also sent off heatstroke prevention supplies to the staff representatives, and delivered their care and regards to the staff.

Staff representatives of various departments attended the symposium, including JIANG Shuiyao, secretary of Shanghai Huabao Party Branch, XIANG Qun, secretary of Shanghai H&K Party Branch, winner of “Contemporary Craftsman” of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone in 2019, and head perfumer of the Sweetening Technology Department of Shanghai H&K Technology Center, and SHEN Wenjing, winner of “Contemporary Craftsman” of Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone in 2020 and senior perfumer of the Sweetening Technology Department of Shanghai H&K Technology Center.
