Fighting the Outbreak and Ensuring the Production| Personnel of Yingtan Huabao and Jiangxi H&K Stand Fast at the Production Line to Ensure the Production

Recently, the COVID-19 epidemic has resurged in many places in China. On August 14, 2022, the central urban area of Yingtan, Jiangxi Province began to implement the temporary whole- area static management. In order to comprehensively win the war against the epidemic, Yingtan Huabao and Jiangxi H&K, located in Yingtan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, implemented fully closed-loop production management during the epidemic lockdown, thus to effectively ensure that the work can be carried out in a smooth and orderly manner and assure personnel safety, production safety and product delivery.

Huabao and its subsidiaries have been adhering to the principle of normal epidemic prevention and control, and have made full preparations for epidemic prevention and control plans, emergency plans, production materials and daily supplies. During the outbreak of the epidemic in Jiangxi Province, Yingtan Huabao and Jiangxi H&K have implemented fully closed-loop production management under the unified leadership and deployment of Yingtan City and Yingtan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. As we have made full preparations for all works, especially the production materials and daily supplies, all of our production, operation and other activities are going well.

In Yingtan Huabao and Jiangxi H&K, many employees with heavy responsibility for operation and production dine and live in the company while other employees live in the company’s dormitory and commute between the dormitory and the company, namely the closed-loop management. They have lived there for more than a month, and such a situation may persist for a period of time. Some employees have no time to look after their aged parents and young children; and some employees can’t help with the farm work in their family. In the face of so many difficulties and challenges, especially the epidemic and the high temperature, many Huabao employees still choose to fight at the production lines and contribute their strength to ensure enterprise production and facilitate economic development. In addition, in order to effectively ensure the safety of personnel and production, Yingtan Huabao and Jiangxi H&K also carry out “nucleic acid testing once every two days” for ordinary personnel and “nucleic acid testing once a day” for key personnel, and ensure that all those in need are tested, thus to guarantee employee health and safety. At the same time, in order to avoid the spread of the virus, logistics vehicles must be fully sterilized before entering the factory. We would try not to let the vehicles enter the factory area if not necessary. In addition, vehicles must be loaded, unloaded and disinfected outside the factory to reduce the risk of infection.
