ZONG Bin, Vice Director of the NPC Standing Committee of Shanghai Jiading District and His Delegation Visited Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park for Investigation

On November 1, ZONG Bin, Vice Director of the NPC Standing Committee of Shanghai Jiading District, SHEN Feng, Director of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee of Jiading Industrial District and their delegations visited Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park (“Park”) for investigation. Mr. YANG Cheng, Assistant to President of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Huabao or “Company”) and General Manager of Lhasa Huabao Food Co., Ltd., warmly received Mr. ZONG and his delegation.

Mr. YANG first accompanied them to visit the Company’s exhibition hall, and then gave them a detailed introduction of the Company’s development history and business, as well as related product information. After the visit, a symposium was held.

At the symposium, Mr. ZONG first learned about the development of relevant enterprises in the Park, focusing on the construction of the Huabao Scientific Innovation Center building project in the Park and the progress of the land status change work involved, and inquired about what problems with the Company need to be solved.

Mr. YANG first thanked Mr. ZONG on behalf of the Company for his concern for the development of Huabao. YANG said, since Huabao’s establishment in Jiading in 1996, its development has been inseparable from the care and support of all levels of the Communist Party of China and government authorities and leaders of Jiading District. YANG then reported the Company’s development situation and the COVID-19 pandemic prevention arrangements in the Park. While reporting the construction progress of the Huabao Scientific Innovation Center building project, Mr. YANG said that the Company has been keeping close contact with relevant departments and actively promoting the project progress, and he also hoped that the government authorities would give Huabao strong support and help.

After listening to Mr. YANG’s report, Mr. ZONG affirmed the achievements of Huabao. He hoped that the Company could complete the construction of the Huabao Scientific Innovation Center building project in the Park as soon as possible, so as to contribute to the high-tech talents introduction in Jiading and the technological innovation and development of Jiading. He also hoped that Huabao could continue to make itself stronger and attach importance to innovative development and business expansion, thus making more contributions to society in the future.
