Although the Great Heat has just passed away, the sun in Shanghai still shines fiercely while cicadas cry loudly in such hot summer.

In the scorching sun on the morning of July 25, ZHOU Guchang, Secretary of CPC Working Committee of Yingtan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (“Zone”), led a delegation to visit Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park to guide the work. Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, BOD member and President of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Huabao” or “Company”), led relevant responsible persons of the Company to receive the delegation. The two sides held a symposium in the conference room.

At the symposium, Ms. YUAN first thanked Mr. ZHOU, the Communist Party of China (CPC), and the government departments at all levels of the Zone for their concern and support for Huabao’s investment and business in Yingtan. Ms.YUAN said, “In recent years, Huabao has steadily promoted the international layout, expanded global business, actively carried out brand transformation and upgrading, and worked hard to build an international Huabao. Huabao has been investing in Yingtan for more than ten years, during which we have felt the enthusiasm of Yingtan people, the continuous optimization and improvement of the business development environment in Yingtan, and the efficient and pragmatic work style of departments and staff at all levels of Yingtan City and the Zone. All these have enhanced Huabao’s confidence in taking root in Yingtan and continuing its investment and development in Yingtan.” Ms. YUAN also introduced the operation and development of Huabao-invested enterprises in Yingtan and the promotion of related projects to the delegation.

In his speech, Mr. ZHOU once again affirmed the achievements made by Huabao and thanked Huabao for its contribution to the local economic and social development of Yingtan. Mr. ZHOU said, “Huabao, as a key enterprise in the Zone, is one of our key service recipients. In recent years, both Yingtan City and the Zone have been continuously optimizing the business environment, improving the service level, increasing investment efforts, and attracting more excellent enterprises to invest and develop in this holy land for excellent enterprises. Huabao has been conducting layout in Yingtan for more than ten years. It has brought not only tax revenue, but also new technology, new employment, new management, and new ideas, which would have positive impact on industrial upgrading and transformation of Yingtan City and the Zone. At present, Huabao is adapting to the new situation, leading the new trend, taking the internationalization route, and expanding the global business, which not only expands the development space for the Company, but also plays a leading demonstration role in going out and opening a broader market in the Zone. As a government agency, we should strive to do well in serving the enterprises, help enterprises solve the problems encountered in the development process, create a good development environment for enterprises, and facilitate the “go global” process of enterprises, thus gaining better development, truly implementing the effective linkage between government and enterprise, and achieving win-win situation.”

The two sides also conducted a candid and pragmatic discussion on the problems encountered in the current business development process, which laid a foundation for the effective promotion of the following work and the practical solution of the problems.

Since it invested in Yingtan in 2011, Huabao has been conducting layout here for more than ten years.
