Pursuing of Innovation with Commercial Value in Practice - Huabao Trade Union Federation Held the Work Summary Meeting for H1 2023 and the Work Deployment Meeting for H2 2023

On the afternoon of August 11, 2023, the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park held the work summary meeting for the first half of 2023 and the work deployment meeting for the second half of 2023 at the UK Hall of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park. A total of ten members of the “two committees” of the Trade Union Federation attended the meeting via offline and online means. The meeting was hosted by Mr. MU Jieqiang, Vice-chairman of the Trade Union Federation.

On behalf of the Trade Union Federation, Mr. MU reported the trade union work in the first half of 2023, and mainly summarized the work carried out by the Trade Union Federation in the first half of 2023 involving employee training, activity organization, award application and welfare and security efforts. Mr. MU also reported the key work plan of the Trade Union Federation in the second half of 2023. Ms. YIN Jinmei, in charge of the financial affairs of the Trade Union Federation, reported the financial revenue and expenditure in the first half of 2023. The participants discussed the trade union work and the financial work in the first half of the year, and key work plan in the second half of the year, and then put forward reasonable suggestions. Finally, Ms. CHEN Jing, Chairman of Huabao Trade Union Federation, made a summary and mobilization speech on the work situation in the first half of the year and the work plan in the second half of the year.

Ms. CHEN said, “With the cooperation and efforts of all personnel, the trade union work in the first half of the year has been carried out in an orderly manner according to the established plan, and has achieved good results. There are also shortcomings that we need to improve. We have also adjusted related matters according to the actual situation in our trade union work in the first half of the year, which also fully demonstrates the flexibility of non-public enterprise trade unions to serve workers and enterprises.”

Ms. CHEN stressed that the smooth development of the work of the Trade Union Federation cannot be separated from the strong support of the employees and the Company, especially the great support and help from Huabao Group. As a trade union worker, we must give full play to the role of the trade union as a bridge between the employees and the Company, and fully mobilize and stimulate the subjective initiative and work enthusiasm of the employees. We have been carrying out and constantly improving our work through up-to-date and innovative methods, which are important for us to do a good job in trade union work; therefore, we must conscientiously carry out such methods.

Ms. CHEN emphasized again that the focus of our work in the second half of the year is still to play the role of bridge between the employees and the Company. Under the premise of standardized operation, we must serve the employees and the Company well, solve problems for employees and the Company, spend every penny availably, do everything well, ensure the quality and quantity of our work, strive to seek innovation, and achieve good results in innovation.

Ms. CHEN also put forward specific requirements for the relevant key work in the second half of the year.
