Government-enterprise exchange | LIU zhibin, Deputy Mayor of Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, and his delegation visited Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park

On November 6, 2023, LIU zhibin, Deputy Mayor of Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, and his delegation visited Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park for investigation. Ms. YUAN xiaoqin, Director and President of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co.，Ltd. (“Huabao” or “Company”) led the Company’s leaders to warmly receive Mr. Liu and his delegation.

Accompanied by Ms. YUAN, Mr. LIU and his delegation visited the Company's exhibition hall and carefully listened to the explanation of Mr. YANG Cheng, Assistant President of Huabao, in respect of Huabao's development history, global layout, industrial development, and product situation. The two sides communicated and exchanged ideas on the market prospects of products.

At the subsequent symposium, Ms. YUAN warmly welcomed Mr. LIU and his delegation and introduced Huabao's development history, industrial structure, and strategic investment layout to them. Mr. YUAN said that since its establishment, Huabao has been constantly developing and growing on the road of concentration and diversification, gradually improving its industrial structure, and consolidating its leading position in the industry. In 2022, Huabao acquired Shanghai Yifang Rural Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Yifang”), integrated the resources of both sides, further expanded the Company's food ingredient business, and improved the industrial chain layout. The Company is very grateful to the local government for the care and support for Huabao and Shanghai Yifang. In the future, Huabao will make full use of local land resources, carry out industrial transformation and upgrading, constantly meet consumer needs, provide solutions for customers oriented in the green, nutritious, and healthy manner, and bring safe, environment-friendly, and delicious products to the international market.

After listening to Ms. YUAN's introduction, Mr. LIU expressed appreciation for Huabao's strength and industry status. Mr. LIU mentioned that Huabao had a solid industrial structure and great potential for development in the green food industry. He believed that with the help of the platform and resources of Huabao as a listed company, Ji'an could consolidate its main business, constantly innovate and develop, so as to drive the development of local food industry and economy in Ji'an, achieve standardized, scaled, and branded production, show iconic brands with regional characteristics, and promote products with Ji'an characteristics to the world. He also stated that the Ji'an Municipal Government would strengthen communication and exchanges with enterprises, make every effort to provide good services, create a good business environment, solve problems for enterprises, help enterprises develop, and achieve win-win cooperation.

At the meeting, Mr. YANG made a detailed report on the development of Huabao and its investment in Jiangxi. The leaders of both sides discussed relevant issues.
