International Women’s Day | Huabao Trade Union Federation Carried out Theme Activity for Female Staff

In bright sunshine and gentle breeze, the grasses are growing and the nightingales are flying. On March 8, 2024, in order to celebrate the 114^th International Women’s Day, deliver our care for female employees, improve their happiness, and enrich the leisure cultural life, Huabao Trade Union Federation brought special blessings to our female employees on this day.

Early in the morning, Ms. CHEN Jing, Chairman of Huabao Trade Union Federation, led the members of the two committees of the Trade Union Federation to send exquisite gifts to the female employees, and extended best wishes to them.

In the afternoon, the Trade Union Federation also organized a Women’s Day theme activity for our female employees, where they could DIY nails, and study flower arrangement. We also provided exquisite tea and pastries for them on the scene. The activity enabled our female employees to relax in their spare time and feel the care and warmth of Huabao family.

In the nail DIY zone, professional nail technicians introduced different nail art techniques and popular styles to them. The employees tried to choose their favorite nail style, learn such basic nail art skills as polishing, coloring, and applique, and also obtained professional nail care knowledge. They had not only enjoyed professional nail art services, but also learned the latest nail art trends and techniques. The atmosphere on the scene was pleasant, where everyone exchanged ideas with each other, and showed their results.

In the flower packaging zone, the employees gave play to their imagination and creativity, and freely matched the packaging flowers. They felt so happy, not only experiencing the pleasure of flower art, but also boosting their relationship.

March 8 is International Women’s Day, a day for women around the world to fight for equal rights. Gender equality is one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and an important part of the social factor of the environmental, social, and governance (ESG). This Women’s Day activity not only showed the unique charm and personality of women, but also highlighted the Company’s and the trade union’s attention to women’s rights and interests, humanistic care and support for female employees.
